HP 950/951 CARTRIDGE RECOGNITION TIPS
950XL/951XL
cartridges are not being recognized
When using refill or other aftermarket cartridges, the following message will appear on your printer.
To fix this error, perform the following steps:
1)Go to printer
properties
2)Go to "advanced"
3)Uncheck "Enabled advanced and Printing features"
4)Hit "OK"
Performing these steps will allow you to use refill, re-manufacture and replacement cartridges.
