LEXMARK-DELL-IBM LASER PRINTER DRUM RESET

The following reset procedure is for:

Lexmark E230 / E232 / E240 / E250 / E330 / E332

Dell 1700 / 1710 / 1720

IBM 1412 / 1601 / 1602

1. Open the front cover.

2. Press and hold the “Cancel button” until all the lights flash in sequence.    

3. Close the front cover.         Note: Light on = Toner            Light Flashing = Drum 

The following reset procedure is for:

Lexmark  E340 / E342 / E350 / 352 IBM 1512 / 1612 

With the Printer turned off.

 1. Press and hold “Select” and “Return”.     

 2. Keep hold of the two buttons and turn the printer on.

 3. Hold until “performing self test” or “Configuration mode” appears on the display

 4. Release the two buttons.

 5. Scroll through the menu to “Reset PC Cnt” press select to reset the drum count.

The following reset procedure is for the:

Lexmark E450 IBM 1622 

With the Printer turned off.

 1. Press and hold “Select” and “Right” buttons.       

 2. Keep hold of the two buttons and turn the printer on.

 3. Hold until “performing self test” or “Configuration mode” appears on the display.

 4. Release the two buttons.

 5. Scroll through the menu to “Reset PC Cnt” press select to reset the drum count.
